Our Training System
- We use a specifically detailed program geared appropriately to the individual(s) to achieve a stated series of objectives/goals.
- We utilize practice plans, programming and similar documents that specify and outline how and what we intend to train.
- We incorporate a coach that serves as a guide, teacher, instructor & reference source during training sessions.
- We mandate the use of specific teaching methods for instruction; the choice of the teaching methods to be used depends largely on the information or technique being taught, and/or the KSA's (knowledge, skills and abilities) of the trainee/s.
